When it comes to something as delicious as s’mores (we call them s’meaches) you might think you can’t improve upon the perfection of the old standby. However, our peach-topped s’mores may change your mind!

what you’ll need

• fresh sliced peaches
• marshmallows
• graham crackers
• chocolate bars
• cooking skewers
• a fire

let’s do it

• skewer peaches and marshmallows on skewer (alternate ingredients)
• toast over open flame until peaches and marshmallows are lightly caramelized and browned
• remove from heat
• slide peaches and marshmallow onto graham cracker square
• top with chocolate bar half
• place another graham cracker square on top
